THE POSITIVE SLEEP PHILOSOPHY

We support and empower parents and caregivers to help babies and children get the sleep they need.

Our sleep support packages include the science of infant sleep so you know what’s normal and what to expect from your little one. We’ll help you develop and tune in to your little one’s circadian rhythm to get them the rest they need and set appropriate goals for their day and night sleep. We’ll ultimately work towards your child sleeping through the night at a pace that’s right for them and for you as a family, respecting their biological development and your parenting style throughout. We use respectful comfort methods so your little one knows you’re with them, supporting them and loving them every step of the way.

"Thanks again for all your help and support. You've been insightful, thoughtful and kind to us. We are very grateful Audrey is more settled at night and doing longer stretches now...you've helped me be more relaxed, give Audrey the space she needs to learn to fall asleep by herself and trust that she can do it."

— Parents of Audrey, 7 months old
